Healy Claims to be “SELFISH,” But Do you Buy it?

Healy does not like to share, and honestly, can you blame him? I think the majority of us out there have a hard time sharing when it comes to love. In his latest song “SELFISH,” we had a hard time believing this artist is anything close to the word.
Healy is in a bit of a pickle in this euphoric-sounding pop release. His lover wants to share the wealth, so to speak, and it seems as though Helay is battling with staying on board and holding on tight and dealing with the compromise or jumping ship.
We enjoyed his subtle, rather sneaky rap verse he snuck in the song to emphasize this feeling of frustration. The instrumental is so intricate and mesmerizing, hooking in this indie addition to the song as well. To be honest, we agree with you, Healy. Is being “SELFISH” really so bad sometimes?
Lyrics That Stick
“There’s enough of you for the both of us
It was difficult to adjust
Sure he’s nice, he might be my time
Cause you can take multitude holding two souls at the very same time”
