Though we all make ‘Mistakes,’ there’s something to be said about learning from them and bettering yourself going forward. In his latest track, KILJ takes the lyricism to another level in admitting his mistakes and recognizing the steps he’ll take to do just that.

As an artist, it’s not easy to be vulnerable in your songwriting, while also maintaining that catchy appeal people crave in music. KILJ seemed to have effortlessly accomplished both here! From that intro, to the first drop, to beautifully arranged verses and hooks, this song had us fully intrigued all the way through.

If you needed to apologize for something but couldn’t find the right words to say, maybe this song will inspire you! Hats off to KILJ for this one.

Lyrics That Stick:

“She talk down on my name she’s bitter

I don’t understand how you could hate a winner”
