North Carolina-native artist Joe Trufant just might be one of the most recognizable and smoothest voices you’ll hear all year. His latest, ‘Space,’ is perfectly mellow yet perfectly bouncy, while delivering a multitude of dreamy melodies and lyrics to belt at the top of your lungs!
The simplicity in the production creates a cool atmosphere in the song, like a hazy burst of night-time energy that we get from listening to PartyNextDoor or Giveon. Joe Trufant however comes with such a recognizable cadence and flow, seeming to effortlessly glide over top of the beat. The whole composition and arrangement of the song is just incredibly smooth.
